The digital control unit provides the big range of adjustments of speed and effort of movement of an arrow in each phase of the movement that allows to adjust the most convenient and safe operating mode of the equipment.
For the purpose of reliability increase, all power elements of a design of a barrier are made of steel and bronze. The carried-out resource tests and high quality of production ensure no-failure operation of the equipment throughout the long term of operation.
Exact control of the modes of a barrier is made by means of the digital control unit. For convenience of control the control unit is located in the top part of a barrier.
Fastening of an arrow.
The arrow of a barrier fastens by means of a dual aluminum cover directly to a reducer shaft by means of original fasteners of development "Roger Technology".
All gear wheels of a reducer of a barrier are made only in the Roger Technology company and made of steel and bronze. In transfer the reliable low-rustling cogwheels with an inclination of tooth 15 ° are used.
Thanks to an original design of the mechanism of an unblocking a transfer of a barrier to the manual mode can be made without efforts in any point.
The innovative engine manufactured on the BRUSHLESS technology of direct current of 36B in combination with the digital control unit allows to lower a power consumption considerably.
Alarm lighting is executed with use of bright light-emitting diodes. Lamps are located in the top part of a barrier. The algorithm of a luminescence is set by the control unit.
Arrow profile - an ellipse with a vertical stiffening rib. Arrow material aluminum. LED indication is integrated into an arrow profile. The algorithm of a luminescence is set by the control unit.
The case of a reducer is executed on technology of exact molding under pressure. All cogwheels are made of metal. The worm gear is made of the tempered steel and bronze. Shaft are established in bearing support.
Setting up final provisions of an arrow is made with a special accuracy thanks to the digital control unit.
The model of a balancing spring is selected depending on arrow length. All springs of "Roger Technology" are certified on 1 000 000 cycles. The system of exact control of a spring is provided.
The advanced enkoder established on day off to a reducer shaft allows in case of power off or transfer to the manual mode to resume operation of a barrier without repeating procedure of training of system.
