| In a standard complete set the drive is equipped with the switches of final provisions allowing to regulate the angle of opening of gate with high precision. At the same time need of installation of an emphasis for shutters disappears.
The self-locking reducer reliably locks gate without installation of additional locks. On a case of lack of tension in the power supply network, for opening of gate manually, the practical handle of an unblocking opening a personal key is provided. In addition, the drive can be completed with system of a remote unblocking with a cable. Galvanized levers, steady against impact of corrosion, are fastened among themselves and to a shutter powerful bolts and high-precision plugs. It gives to the movement of gate additional smoothness, excludes scratches, reduces friction and wear of mechanisms. Thanks to a curved form of one of segments, there are no zones of an overlap of levers that provides protection against jammings. |
The long hinged R23 550 lever allows to mount the drive from within the protected territory, even in that case when the shutter of gate swings open outside. Such installation does not encumber armholes and does not break an architectural esthetics of gate.
The assembly plate from steel 5 mm thick provides rigid fastening of a reducer on surfaces of any type. The universal design allows to use one model of the drive for opening of the right and left shutters. The case of a reducer is executed on technology of exact molding under pressure. All cogwheels and the worm screw are made of metal materials, primary transfer — of the tempered steel and bronze. Shaft are established on ball-bearing support. Such thorough decisions yield excellent results: lack of noise, vibrations and high durability of work. |
